Rebecca Robinson - In this course you will learn what meditation is and you will have the opportunity to experience and become your own vessel, open your consciousness and your deepest inner awareness to begin a closer relationship with the discovery of your true self. Through the identity of the true self we can work on clearing the subconscious and remaining in a vital state of contentment and bliss. This is the power in YOU!
13.00 - 14.30 Conscious Movement - experience life through the art of dance
Gisela Rocha will use conscious movement to connect you to your flow of energy, self expression and your thoughts without judgement. To embody presence is to notice your sensations, feelings and flow of energy. When you feel good in your skin, a natural flow of energy is created, you become more present and aware of how you are creating your life.
15:00 - 17:30 Alchemy of Breath - Be amazed at the power of your own breath.
Niklaus Frey uses the power of the breath for self-healing and inner exploration. Breathwork facilitates healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Connect to your heart, re-activate your intuition and gain greater clarity in your life. After a short introduction Niklaus Frey will guide you through this Breathwork Session laying down, accompanied by music.

15:00 - 17:30 Finding Emotional Balance - Dissolving emotional and mental blocks.
Dominique Stelling. We have a tendency to think of the mind and body as two separate entities. But our emotional states can make us feel stuck, block the flow of energy in our meridians, making us feel depleted and not in our power.
In this workshop you will learn simple and effective meridian tapping techniques (EFT), specific transformational exercises, visualizations and affirmations to help you let go of emotional baggage in order to reclaim your life.

* All information from the workshop will be given to you on a USB key so you can review and practice the exercises at home.
